Are your challenges only for women?

No, the challenges are for everyone and we encourage all humans to participate.

Is this a fitness or movement challenge?

No, this isn’t your typical wellness challenge. There’s no fitness or movement required! We put a focus on mental wellbeing and self-care.

What are some examples of daily challenges?

During the 10-Day Challenge, you’ll receive a daily morning email with a simple prompt for self-reflection or a 5-10 minutes activity to complete.

Past daily challenges have included: start the day with a gratitude list, conversation starters to get to know your colleagues beyond your jobs, and tapping into forms of play you enjoyed when you were younger and scheduling time to enjoy them now.
